Hotel Investments Intern
Elise Capital is a hotel focused investment and advisory firm purposed to unlock access to hotel investment opportunities. We acquire and asset manage hotels in the United States.
Candidates of the Internship program will support the investments team by performing periodic analyses related to hotel operations, conduct market research, and create professional presentations and other communications projects. The role will work side by side with our Founder in determining deal feasibility.
Responsibilities
* Conduct financial underwritings on hotel acquisitions including projections and returns assessment
* Design investment presentations, proposals and acquisition materials
* Coordinate Due diligence collection and review on deal closings
* Participate in periodical partner meetings to gain exposure and develop relationships
* Collaborate with and assist Executives throughout all deal stages
* Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed
Requirements
* Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree, preferably with coursework in hospitality, economics, corporate finance and/or real estate.
* Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to interact effectively with partners and key stakeholders at various levels.
* Passionate self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
* Dedication to building a career in the hotel real estate industry.
* High level of proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
