We are thrilled to announce the acquisition of the 79-key Fairfield Inn & Suites in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. This addition strengthens our footprint in the Southeast and aligns with our strategy of acquiring branded select-service hotels in high-potential markets. Introducing Elise Hospitality Management
Q2 marked a transformative milestone for Elise Capital with the launch of Elise Hospitality Management, our dedicated hotel management platform. We are now a vertically integrated company, giving us greater control over operations, performance, and guest experience. Our first property under direct management is the Hampton Inn & Suites Birmingham East Irondale—a proud step forward in operational excellence.
